Solicitud de nulidad de la sentencia T-973/14.
El peticionario, invocando su calidad de Gobernador del Resguardo Indígena de Túquerres, argumentó el cambio de jurisprudencia o irrespeto al precedente constitucional sobre la autonomía de las comunidades indígenas para definir su forma de gobierno.
Igualmente, la incongruencia entre la parte motiva y resolutiva del fallo y, la omisión de análisis de asuntos de relevancia constitucional.
La Sala Plena considera que las causales invocadas no dan lugar a que prospere la nulidad de la sentencia mencionada y, en tal sentido, decidió DENEGAR la solicitud formulada.
